Privacy Policy




(a) Web Site Owner. Mobile Mobile Orlando, Inc. (“MMO”) is the owner of this web site (“(MMO Web Site)”). MMO can be contacted by mail at 2477 S. Orange Blossom Trail Orlando FL 32805, by phone at (407) 900-2848, or by e-mail at mobilemobileorl@gmail.com. This online privacy notice discloses MMO information practices for this MMO Web Site, including what type of personal identifiable information is requested in order to make a purchase, how the information is used, and with whom the in-formation is shared. [Note that other MMO web sites may be governed by privacy notices containing different information practices applicable to those sites.]

(b) [Anonymous] Web Site Visits. In general, you can visit on the MMO Web Site without disclosing any personal information. MMO does keep track of the domains from which people visit us.

(c) Web Site Transactions. At times, MMO will need personal information regarding a customer or a prospect. For example, to process an order, MMO may need to know a customer’s name, mailing address, e-mail address and credit card details. It is MMO’s intent to inform you know before MMO collects personal information, such as user’s name and/or address on the Internet. If you tell us that you do not wish to have this information used as a basis for further contact with you, MMO will respect your wishes.


If you are located in the EU, United Kingdom, Lichtenstein, Norway, or Iceland, you may have additional rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”) related to your Personal Data, as further described below. MMO will be the controller of your Personal Data processed in connection with the Service, unless you access the Service through an enterprise account, or other MMO account that is controlled by a third party (e.g. your employer).

  1. EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Participation

MMO complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of Personal Data transferred from the EU to the United States. MMO adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles of (1) Notice; (2) Choice; (3) Accountability for Onward Transfer; (4) Security; (5) Data Integrity and Purpose Limitation; (6) Access and (7) Recourse, Enforcement and Liability (collectively, the “Privacy Shield Principles”). If there is any conflict between the terms in this Privacy Policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern with respect to all Personal Data transferred from the EU to the U.S. To learn more about the Privacy Shield program.


Accessing, Correcting, and Deleting Your Personal Data and Other Data Subject Rights

You have certain rights with respect to your Personal Data, and we want to help you review and update your information to ensure it is accurate and up-to-date. We may limit or reject your request in certain cases, such as if it is frivolous or extremely impractical, if it jeopardizes the rights of others, if it is not required by law, or if the burden or expense of providing access would be disproportionate to the risks to your privacy in the case in question. In some cases, we may also need you to provide us with additional information, which may include Personal Data, to verify your identity and the nature of your request. We will take reasonable steps to respond to all requests within 30 days (or less!).

If you are an MMO Account holder, you can accomplish most of the following by logging into your User Account or, for those using enterprise accounts, by contacting your account administrator. As available and except as limited under applicable law, the rights afforded to individuals are:

(a)  Right of Access: You can request more information about the Personal Data we hold about you and request a copy of such Personal Data.

(b) Right to Rectification: If you believe that any Personal Data we are holding about you is incorrect or incomplete, you can request that we correct or supplement such data.

(c)  Right to Erasure: You can request that we erase some or all of your Personal Data from our systems. Please note that if you request the deletion of information required to provide the Service to you, your User Account will be deactivated and you will lose access to the Service.

(e)  Right of Withdrawal of Consent: If we are processing your Personal Data based on your consent (as indicated at the time of collection of such data), you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Please note, however, that if you exercise this right, you may have to then provide express consent on a case-by-case basis for the use or disclosure of certain of your Personal Data, if such use or disclosure is necessary to enable you to utilize some or all of our Service.

(f)  Right of Objection: You can contact us to let us know that you object to the further use or disclosure of your Personal Data for certain purposes, such as for marketing purposes or any other particular purposes.

(g)  Right not to be subject to Automated Decision: You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated decision making, including, profiling where the decision would have a legal effect on you or produce a similarly significant effect.

(h) Restriction of Processing: You can ask us to restrict further processing of your Personal Data.You also have the right to lodge a complaint about MMO practices with respect to your Personal Data with the supervisory authority of your country or EU Member State.

In order to enable you to exercise these rights with ease and record your preferences in relation to how MMO uses your personal data, we provide you with access to opt-out or unsubscribe to any emails provided by us. We also provide you with access to to deactivate or close your account on our platform.

(i)   Closing Your Account: You may close an account, and upon termination of your User Account, we will take reasonable steps to provide, modify, or delete your Personal Data as soon as is practicable. However, MMO may nevertheless retain your Personal Data to protect the business interests of MMO, Affiliates, vendors, and other users, and some information may remain in archived/backup copies for our records or as otherwise required by law. Those interests include without limitation the completion of transactions, maintaining records for financial reporting purposes, complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements.

  1. Personal Information That May Be Collected

(a) Identifying Information. In order to make a purchase or sell your device, MMO will request a user to provide certain personal identifying information, which may include: legal name, postal address, e-mail address, username and password home or mobile telephone number, facsimile number, method of payment, and, if applicable, credit card number. MMO may request additional information necessary to establish and maintain customer’s account.

(b) Service Quality Monitoring. Some Web site transactions may require a customer to telephone MMO, or MMO to call the customer. MMO will not contact you by telephone without your prior consent, except to confirm an order placed online and/or to inform a customer of the status of such order. Customer should be aware that it is MMO’s practice to monitor, and in some cases record such calls for staff training or quality assurance purposes.

(c) Information from Children. MMO does not sell products or services for purchase by children, and will not collect or post information from a child under the age of 18 without the involvement of a parent or guardian. [MMO] will notify the child’s parent or guardian at the e-mail address provided by the prospective customer, alerting the parent or guardian to the child’s use of the Web site and providing instructions as to how the parent or guardian can delete the child’s registration from the Web site. [MMO does not use personally identifying information collected from children for marketing or promotional purposes, and does not disclose such information to any third party for any purpose whatsoever.]

(d) Lost or Stolen Information. If a customer’s credit card is lost or stolen, the customer should promptly notify MMO in order to enable [MMO] to cancel the lost or stolen information and to update its records with a changed credit card.

(e) Links to Other Web Sites. An MMO Web site may contain links to other web sites. MMO is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those other Web sites.

  1. Uses Made of the Information

(a) Limited Uses Identified. Without customer’s prior consent, MMO will not use your personal identifiable information for any purpose other than that for which it is submitted. MMO uses personal identifiable information to reply to inquiries, handle complaints, provide operational notices and in program record-keeping. MMO also processes billing and business requests related to MMO Web Site participation.

(b) Marketing Uses. Unless customer sends an email to mobilemobileorl@gmail.com, opting out, MMO reserves the right to provide customer with information about MMO’s Web site, MMO products and services, and related information in which customer has indicated an interest.

(c) Stored Information Uses. MMO stores and retains the information entered on the MMO Web site. Stored information is used by MMO and/or MMO agents: to support customer interaction with the MMO Web site; to deliver customer purchases; and/or to contact customer again about other MMO services and products.

(d) Online Advertising. Some companies that help MMO deliver interactive on-line advertising, such as banner ads, may collect and use information about MMO’s customers to help MMO better understand the types of advertising or promotions that are most appealing to MMO’s customers. After it is collected the information is aggregated so it is not identifiable to a specific individual.   1. Disclosure of the Information

(a) Within Corporate Organization. MMO is a business whosebusiness processes, management structures, and technical systems that cross borders. MMO may share your personal information within the MMO corporate organization, and may transfer the information to countries in the world where MMO conducts business. Some countries may provide less legal protection for customer personal information. [In such countries MMO will still handle customer personal information in the manner describe herein.]

(b) Mergers and Acquisitions. Circumstances may arise where for business reasons, MMO decides to sell, buy, merge or otherwise reorganize its businesses in the United States or some other country. Such a transaction may involve the disclosure of personal identifying information to prospective or actual purchasers, and/or receiving such information from sellers. It is MMO’s practice to seek appropriate protection for information in these types of transactions.

(c) Agents. MMO employs or engages other companies and individuals to perform business functions on behalf of MMO. These persons are provided with personal identifying information required to perform their functions, but are prohibited by contract from using the information for other purposes. These persons engage in a variety of functions which include, but are not limited to, fulfilling orders, delivering packages, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments and providing customer services.

(d) Affiliated Businesses. MMO works closely with affiliated businesses operating web site stores, providing services or selling products on each other’s Web sites. These businesses identify themselves to customers. Customer information related to a transaction with an affiliated business is shared with that affiliated business.

(e) Marketing Analysis by Third Parties. MMO reserves the right to disclose to third parties’ personal information about customers for marketing analysis; however, any information disclosed will be in the form of aggregate data that does not describe or identify an individual customer.

(f) Disclosure to Governmental Authorities. Under certain circumstances, personal information may be subject to disclosure pursuant to a judicial or other government subpoenas, warrants or orders.

  1. Use of Computer Tracking Technologies

(a) No Tracking of Personal Information. MMO’s Web Site(s) are not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information not entered by visitors. Through web site access logs MMO does collect clickstream data and HTTP protocol elements, which generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our sites. This information is used for internal purposes by technical support staff for research and development, user analysis and business decision making, all of which provides better services to the public. The statistics garnered, which contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information, may also be provided to third parties.

(b) Use of Cookies. MMO, or its third party vendors, collects non-identifiable and personal information through the use of various technologies, including “cookies”. A cookie is an alphanumeric identifier that a Web site can transfer to customer’s hard drive through customer’s browser. The cookie is then stored on customer’s computer as an anonymous tag that identifies the customer’s computer, but not the customer. Cookies may be sent by MMO or its third party vendors. Customer can set its browser to notify customer before a cookie is received, giving an opportunity to decide whether to accept the cookie. Customer may also set its browser to turn off cookies; however, some Web sites may not then work properly.

(c) Use of Web Beacon Technologies. MMO may also use Web beacon or other technologies to better tailor its Web site(s) to provide better customer service. If these technologies are in use, when a visitor accesses these pages of the Web site, a non-identifiable notice of that visit is generated which may be processed by MMO or by its suppliers. Web beacons usually work in conjunction with cookies. If customer does not want cookie information to be associated with customer’s visits to these pages, customer can set its browser to turn off cookies; however, Web beacon and other technologies will still detect visits to these pages, but the notices they generate cannot be associated with other non-identifiable cookie information and are disregarded.

(d) Collection of Non-Identifiable Information. MMO may collect non-identifiable information from user visits to the MMO Web site(s) in order to provide better customer service. Examples of such collecting include: traffic analysis, such as tracking of the domains from which users visit, or tracking numbers of visitors; measuring visitor activity on MMO Web site(s); Web site and system administration; user analysis; and business decision making. Such information is sometimes known as “clickstream data.” MMO or its contractors may use this data to analyze trends and statistics.

(e) Collection of Personal Information. MMO collects personal identifying information from customer during a transaction. MMO may extract some personally identifying information about that transaction in a non-identifiable format and combine it with other non-identifiable information, such as clickstream data. This information is used and analyzed only at an aggregate level (not at an individual level) to help MMO understand trends and patterns. This information is not reviewed at an individual level.

  1. Information Security

(a) Commitment to Online Security. MMO employs physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard the security and integrity of personal information. Billing and payment data is encrypted whenever transmitted or received online. Personal information is accessible only by staff designated to handle online requests or complaints. [All MMO agents and contractors with access to personal information on the MMO web site(s) are also bound to adhere to MMO security standards.]

(b) No Liability for Acts of Third Parties. MMO will exercise all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of customer personal information. However, transmissions protected by industry standard security technology and implemented by human beings cannot be made absolutely secure. Consequently, MMO shall not be liable for unauthorized disclosure of personal information due to no fault of MMO including, but not limited to, errors in transmission and unauthorized acts of MMO staff and/or third parties.

  1. Privacy Policy Changes and Opt-Out Rights

(a) Changes to Privacy Policy. This privacy notice was last updated on June 8, 2018. MMO reserves the right to update its privacy policy statement at any time. A notice of any material change will be [prominently] posted on the MMO Web site home page for [thirty (30) days] prior to the implementation of such change. [There are two boxes at the end of MMO’s notice of change (1) an “I accept” box, and (2) an “I do not accept” box. If customer does not mark the “I do not accept” box customer will {be deemed to} have accepted MMO’s privacy policy updates.]

(b) Opt-Out Right. Customer and/or prospective customer has the right at any time to cease permitting personal information to be collected, used or disclosed by MMO and/or by any third parties with whom MMO has shared and/or transferred such personal information. Right of cancellation may be exercised by contacting MMO via e-mail mobilemobileorl@gmail.com, telephone or certifiedpostal mail. After processing the cancellation, MMO will delete customer or prospective customer’s personal information from its data base.

  1. Access Rights to Data

(a) Information Maintained by MMO. Upon customer’s request, MMO will provide a reasonable description of customer’s personally identifiable information that MMO maintains in its data bank. (b) Corrections and Changes to Personal Information. Help MMO to keep customer personal information accurate.   1. Accountability

(a) Questions, Problems and Complaints. (b) Terms of Use. If customer chooses to enter into a purchase order, customer’s action is hereby deemed acceptance of MMO practices described in this policy statement.
